Mathematical Football Players

In Ms. Pines’ class, two of every five football players got an A on the final math test. Both the fraction of all football players getting an A and the ratio of football players getting an A compared to the total number of football players could be represented by the fraction 2/5. Could a part-whole relationship situation be represented by the fraction 5/2? What about the ratio situation?
