Minimum Perimeters

If dimensions are whole numbers, find the minimum perimeter for a rectangle with an area of 25 square units. Repeat for rectangles of areas of 30, 35, 40, … . In general, how can you predict the dimensions of the rectangle with minimum perimeter as you continue working with larger whole numbers?
